New member - new to smoking and grilling

Postby Subvet » Thu Sep 01, 2016 9:15 pm

Bought my first smoker two weeks ago, The Good One Open Range. Haven't smoked anything yet but did grill some burgers in the firebox.
Hope to learn the ropes. From reading some of the topics and posts this looks like the place to be for an education. Live in Kerrville, heart of the Hill Country. Thanks for letting me join up.

Welcome aboard! I've looked into that smoker before and I like the concept. It's been mentioned already, but there are some friendly folks here always willing to assist with some knowledge and insight. Looking forward to seeing some grub from that open range!
