Hello there, I'm new here. Found this site while looking for instructions on building a UDS. Looking forward to making this a resource on my favorite hobby, grilling and smoking. I'm in my 30's and have been around BBQ my whole life. I grew up with a Portable Kitchen grill (My dad bought it at a Woolworth's in the 60's, still in remarkable shape) and a trailer smoker. My first job was cleaning the pits at Bodacious in Longview, so chopped beef sandwiches and pecan wood run in my veins.
Weber Kettle

Trailer Pit

Cut my teeth at Bodacious BBQ, running the block and managing the pits.
