hello everyone, I'm from morocco,18 years old, I want to know more about how U.S.A people love to make their bbq, also I want to show you how we make bbq in morocco, plus to this I want to make friends from all around the world.

are you currently BBQing and, if so, what are you cooking on? these members have everything from a stick burner to a pellet grill and some are even homemade for smoking "cold" - - - lots of good recipes and suggestions already on the Forum so feel free to browse around and see if anything strikes yer fancy - - - - - hope my accent isn't too confusing for you - - - if so just ask and I'll try to explain

Pardnah, that was a word that my Dad used to describe something that
tasted good
was lip smackin good
fanger lickin good
slap you mama good
etc etc etc
he was full of expressions and I'm just full of ?it?

firstly to the forum, there are a lot of friendly helpful cooks on here its a great place to learn...
secondly "Larapin" a word my granma used to describe delicious....
kinda like when I wus learnin to make bbq sauce only I didn't know about usin lemon juice and brown sugar, an she tole me after I added some of both it was larapin....
