Hello Everyone! Glad to find a site that covers so many of the food topics that I love!! My obsession of bite through skin on chicken led me here and also to my latest toy, a Old Smokey 18" (Thanks Capt Jack!). I am also using a Big Poppa Smoker which I love and have just finished repainting this past weekend. I have recently just downsized my pit selection from 5 to these two. Regret getting rid of my little Lodge Sportsman Grill but it was such a pain to clean every time I used it but turned out some great food! Also do a lot of cooking in my dutch ovens hence the name castironchris (dubbed so by my lovely wife). Thanks for having me and looking forward to learning a bunch more!

Howdy :texas: Chris and Welcome - - - if you know Capt'n then you already know that this forum has some great members. Don't think you'll find any more willingness and knowledge anywhere around so make yourself at home and "enjoy". :salut:
