Newby from New Zealand.

Just having a mosey round here. From the South Island in a town called christchurch. Love my V8s . I'm a pretty good cook. Looking to learn a bit here. I do some pretty good pork ribs but not as good as the best I've had. In Hawaii . Man they were good.

Welcome - "All Blacks" fan I assume.

For the Texas folks. "All Blacks" is the New Zealand national rugby team.

Welcome Russ
Your going like it here.
Me and the missus spent sometime in Christchurch last Nov. Had some great grub while there.
The takeaway lamb shoulder from "Pedros House of Lamb" was to die for. :chef:

Go "Blacks"

I follow the all blacks but not a big fan, I grew up playing rugby league. Look forward to learning. Bondobill good to see you have been to Chch. I've also had pedros lamb shoulder and I also make the same dish. My wife loves it.
