New to the board.

Postby toemas79 » Mon Jul 11, 2016 11:49 pm

New to the board...
Live in Pearland, and my back yard smoker is a custom stick burner from Pits by JJ.
Will cook just about anything on the smoker, and want to get better all around and hopefully compete someday.
Been cooking on and off since college, but have started cooking more in the past two years.

Love hitting up different joints around the states, but have not done Franklins. Did do 6 places in KC in one day.

Look forward to learning.

Edit: a die hard Red Raider!

I used to use Photobucket until a member told me of a feature here on the Forum. All you do is keep you pics in a folder on your computer or you can even leave them on your camera card and open at that location. Just go ahead and do the text on your Post then look to the bottom left of the posting and you will see "Attachments" - - - - click on that and then click on "Add Files". After they DL it will give you an option of where to place each pic. Good Luck and holler back if you have any problems.
