New member from Fort Worth, Tx. BBQ Finatic, Have been to many great bbq joints across the great state of Texas. Try to operate a small bbq catering co. on the side called Racks Bar-B-Q. Have a Myron Mixon Smoker MMS60. Says it will hold 30 briskets, but I have not tried nor do I want to . That would be about $1,500 in meat. Anyways Im happy I found this Forum because BBQ is my passion and I have a lot of questions. God Bless...

One reason I was reluctant to set up shop in Ft. Worth was having to compete with Coopers. I love my 'que, but I ate there very frequently. Welcome to the site!
