Hi Guys!
I'm Pascal from Germany, 31 years old and love everything about meat, bbq, smoke and grills.
I have a self made smoker, a new gasgrill (Napoleon Prestige P500), a self made charcoal grill and a self made stone oven for Pizza for example.
I was very often in the US and love the "US-Kitchen" :)
But i have to say, that that i never ate a steak like these from texas
Sry for my bad english! It's been a long time ago

Howdy, Pacal and Welcome - - as Sooner mentioned, you will soon see that some of us butcher the English language more than should be allowed
