How y'all doing, my name is Jay and I live in Lumberton SE Texas. I'm joining the forum to learn about cooking and hopefully building or modifying my current smoker. It's a homemade 2 24" by 48" tanks with the ends cut off and mitered together to form a vertical and horizontal cooking chambers. It works okay but would like to make it a bit more stable. Looking forward to learning the physics of it.
