Hello i am new here,i come from the Netherlands, and i visit the USA a couple of times.

I am a chef in my country, but in my country they can't grill and cook they don't understand it.

I am searching for the real deal, and that deal is across the ocean, in the usa.

I have the feeling of smoking ( i smoke my own eels, on oakwood ) and i have the feeling of heat and temperature.

I want to 'fine-tune' it and learn a lot more, of you 'Gods off the Q'
