hello

Postby unclebull » Sun Apr 17, 2016 4:20 pm

I am in Denton TX. I have been a bbq/smoker since I was 6 (40yrs.). I have decided I am going to get back into the swing of competition cooking. I figured I would get on the web and see what FORUMS were active, so here I am. I have a trailer pit, that has been under construction and in use since 82. HA! I have been out of the cookoff circuit for 10 years, but have managed smoke lots of meat during that time.

I decided to jump back into this with both stacks a blazing. I bought a Klose 30"X10' trailer with a fajita grill, and one gas burner. I am going to cook for a couple of friends weddings in May and June. I am excited about a smoking good time this summer.

You bought a fine pit for sure. Put a roof on it if you can.
