:texas: I have a 250 gal smoker on 5x10 trailer cooks great. Good steady temps. Wanting to add burners and fryer but don't know what's best to buy. Ideas.? How much should this cost me.

Sooner, is it just my imagination or maybe because of that last Brisket post you made that makes me think you're destined for a Trailer Pit and the Comp Circuit :dont: :D :lol:

Haha thanks OUP. Not so sure about the comp circuit but the trailer pit discussion has been ongoing between the wife and I for a year or so now. She wants a bigger house first, then I get my pit.
