Big cook for me
Having family over tonight, got the smoker fired up at 6. Pork butt on at 8, beef ribs going on around noon, then pork ribs, chicken and venison sausage. I already want a beer

Back in civilization. Happy with how it all turned out, especially the beef ribs, will be doing them again very soon.
