I now have the two other sides curing. Brown sugar and honey this time. I know this sounds like a lot of bacon, but by the time our kids come through and get what they want wont be much left. Anyway its a fun thing. CF

Okie making bacon is so easy to do. Just takes some time to cure and smoke. Some do a wet cure I like the dry cure, just because that is what I grew up knowing about.
Saying that if you ever make your own you will never buy bacon again. Yeah its that good. CF

I have cooked pork belly for slider rolls. That sure is good. So I guess bacon is next.
