Italian Barbecue Championship

With my Texas Rangers cap on, last weekend I took part at the KCBS Italian Barbecue Championship in Perugia, Italy.
Here my results:
14th chicken
1st ribs
4th pork
11th brisket

5th overall.
An amazing result at my very first competition that saw 24 teams from Italy and Europe including European Champions Miss Piggy's from the UK.
Thanks to Jeff Wyatt for the tricks I got at his class and his Redneck Cooker Company Rubs and to Suckle Busters Honey BBQ Sauce that helped me to get this great accomplishment!
