Columbus June Cookoff

Postby jtilk » Mon Jun 15, 2015 2:26 pm

This past weekend we made a little trip and cooked the June Cookoff in Columbus. This was my first time cooking the event and I have to say I will be back. When the dust settled at awards on Saturday out of 32 teams we were blessed enough to end up with 6th beans, 6th chicken, 2nd ribs and 1st brisket for overall GC. Congrats to Mr. Dr. Smoke on his RGC and everyone else that walked.

There are a few that way ... 2 I know of held at the Colorado County Fairgrounds. Check the IBCA site and you should be able to find a few.
