Got it powder coated and seasoned, hope to have my first cook on it soon. Still have to get my tool boxes mounted and lights run but almost done.

Very nice. I really like the way it's mounted on the back. Maximizes the floor space on the trailer.

Your pit looks great. What is your opinion of an offset fire box vs the new T design with the fire box underneath? I just finished my man cave and want to build my outdoor cook station.

Thanks, I have only had one fire in it so far but really like how even the temps were and how quick it come up to temp and held it.

Took the smoker to work(fire station) to get the first cook on it. Worked great and the results were even better.

This was after adding a piece of wood

this sure is beautiful.

2 questions. what size pipe is that?

are those biscuits you have on there? if so, why? is that testing of some sort for hot spots?

Thanks jellyworker. The pipe is 30" diameter x 55" wide. Yes the biscuits are to test how even the temps are.

Very nice work. I love looking at all the different custom smokers. I'm getting ready to start mine and like seeing all the different ideas.

The difuser plate works well for this style cooker. I designed one this way several years ago for whiteboycustom on the smokering.
