Re: First BBQ class of 2015
You can spend a lot of money at competitions tryin this and that, asking questions, changing cook temps, cook times, experiment with rubs, etc. Hey folks that's fun ain't it?
Tryin all that stuff and it not workin or better yet ya just keep hittin finals table and just an arm reach outta the moola & trophies! That's fun ain't it?
But hey, you is doin this for all the fun, partyin, comraderie right? So hittin in top 10 or winning is just the cream puff dessert after the meal....right? After all who wants trophies, money and the chance to take a walk?
OR, you can take Jeff's class which is priced way to cheap IMHO and git ya headin down a mo betta path...way less expensive....than ploddin thru all those comps! Now I ain't even factored in the cost of meds to deal with the stress in the begiining whilst you "practice" thru all those comps!
Clock is tickin folks, Jeff usually limits the size of the class so he can keep the teachin on a more personal level. I took the class and even this ole dog learned a few tricks! Now whut wuz that website link again.....

You can spend more on a class - but you will get less than @ Jeff's!

I did Jeffs class about a year ago. Lots of good information from A - Z on how to BBQ. Got me headed down the right path to get some calls at BBQ comps.
