DFW area guys, this occurred to me very late, but I talked to the North Dallas Chamber, and they have three sponsor slots open (out of 60 teams) left open until Friday April 10th if you are interested. Sponsorships are certainly not cheap (starting at $1000 for NDCC members and $1500 for non-members, it's pretty much a corporate type event) but thought this might be of interest to some. The sponsorship gets you the full deal on a team entry, the link below outlines it; a mandatory cooks meeting tomorrow afternoon at 3 PM at the NDCC with the Dallas Health Department too for team leads, and the deadline for entries is this Friday April 10th.

Otherwise, its open to the individual public from 5-9PM at $25-$30 which gets you 3 beers and all you can eat People's Choice style until the food runs ount.
