Magic Chicken

Postby tex_toby » Tue Apr 07, 2015 9:53 am

Grilled up some chicken quarters the other night at the request of my 9yo. The darker pieces were seasoned with Sucklebusters Clucker Dust, and the others with a bit of Montreal Steak seasoning and a bit of garlic salt and I used a chunk of pecan for smoke. I started calling this my "magic chicken" when my son was small because he is a very picky eater and it needed a catchy name so he would eat it. It worked and now is one of his favorites! I thought "magic chicken" fit nicely as it quickly disappears. 8)

Doing a search for chic.ken quarters and this thread popped up. I think I'm going to have to track down some of this Clucker Dust. Looks good!
