Another vote for Ole Hickory. Can git parts at local Graingers or hardware stores.
If interested, contact Bill Milroy with Texas Rib Rangers. He is a dealer and can save ya some money on new and he did have a used one in his driveway for sale. he lives in Denton.
Google Texas RibRangers and ya will find his website or send me a PM and I will give ya his phone number.

Re: Commercial Smoker
Hi
I got a southern-pride SPK 500. They were helpful and since I'm not in the states i needed to know all sorts of things (voltage, heat, measurements etc)
I have it on a trailer. So weight was a factor.
Im also in New Zealand and there is weight issues in towing, basically it can't be above 3500kg (7000 pounds?)
Anyone had issues with these? i have been running it for about 2 months now.
