Loin backs on the WSM

Did 3 racks of loin backs on the WSM today.
Used KF and hickory. Had a bit of a weather change halfway through the cook. North wind kicked up and a mini blizzard took over for about a half hour. Had temp control problems but she finally crept back up to 260* (dome temp)and stayed for the duration of the cook.

From the left rubs are...
Harley's Texas style sweet rib rub, Wolfe Rub Original, and a little something I'm working on

those look goooooood. I wants me some ribs baaaaad. But :( I gotta what till payday.

They look like lip smackin 10 napkins ribs.

Rich, those are a few ABT's and a chunk of bacon for the beans 8)

Dave, me being a drywall contractor......need I say more :D
One 4' by 4' ft. hunk of green board blocking the North wind and I was good to go :wink: I'd still like to fashion a more permanent wind block 8)
