Congrats Big Ed who walked so many times I lost track + took RGC and Limey who hit a First Place Ribs and 2nd Place Steak.

Great to see all the TBBQF folks do well.

Last year my wife and I went to this event which was the first time we had ever went to a BBQ competition. We both got to judge and after the event I told my wife I thought I could do pretty good in comp. cooking. I ordered my custom Cadillac Cooker 2 weeks later. Got the pit in June and did a few cooks on it to season it. Last week I told her I wanted to go back to this cookoff since it was the first one I had ever went to. I also wanted to do my first competition against some of the best cooks. I got 11th place in ribs and 1st place in brisket! We had a great time, met some really nice people. We can't wait to do it again. Such a great event!

Take care my friends,
Mike
