Did 10# of a favorite Bratwurst recipe. Getting to be that time of the year. Got them stuffed, linked, and drying before packaging.

On the items I'm cold smoking, I hang them in my Backwoods, and put an A-maze tube with pellets in it in the charcoal box.

now I wouldn't want "papa tom" to have to do all that disposal work by himself, I am here to help a brother out as well :mrgreen:
some day I gonna get the experience and make good lookin and tasting sausage as well, someday but for now, i'll keep eating the mistakes and learn...
