EMCFA Rodeo and Cookoff

Who is heading to this monster this year? I've cooked in the it the past two years and it's the only comp I do. As of last night, there were 108 teams registered with a big wait list after that. We took fifth place in chicken last year, but I have a feeling it was more blind squirrel than mad skills. We are going a bit lean this year as much of the friends have stuff going on. But I am still looking to have fun.

Eastern Montgomery County Fair. It's up in New Caney at Bull Sallas Park.

We will be there again this year. We are in spot 70, 71, and 72. We will have a live band Friday and Saturday night. come on through if you wanna. Cant miss us. We have the big lime green chuck wagon pit.
