For a first year cook off this was one of the best run cook offs I have been to. With 98 teams showing up you guys could not have done any better...

I too was fortunate to cook this one but unfortunate not to walk.
Long haul from San Antonio but would defiantly be back next year.
weather was nice too, lots of good teams out there. I was set up right across from the Jambo camp and those rigs are easy on the eyes.
saw big Mr. Big Moe Cason walking around too. Happy to see that Robert Sierra with S&S make a walk for 2nd in Brisket. representing the San Antonio area.
