Thanks Limey... I got off a lil easy on the price. Between selling my old pit and a few comp winnings with Calcuttas, I didn't have to put out too much outta pocket. Needless to say I'll be content for awhile before getting anything added on.

We should be there as well. It will be our first time to cook in the Fishin Fiesta. I normally take time off to fish in it.

Josh, I am a little late to the party I apologize. Congrats on your new cooker she looks awesome my Friend. :D I look forward to seeing her up close and personal at Freeport next month. :D

KAM- Thank you buddy... Allen gave me a few pointers on how they operate. I gave her 2 test runs... the first was a pork butt using just the ball valve to adjust the temp. The second time I hooked up the guru and set it at 275 for ribs. Ended up over shooting it and couldnt get it back down so I unplugged it and just manually adjusted. I was quick to find out that they like to cook hot cause they are so insulated and really rock along steady even without a guru so there wasnt much of a need for it. After compensating for that it's a breeze... Look fwd to seeing you guys in July.
