So what does the 1st Annual mean? First time they've had this event or first time with the association? Seems like someone told us about this event being held last year. So that's why we were wondering. And I suppose overnight camping is allowed for this?

Yes it is a first time event. Yes camping is allowed, we'll have some cookers rolling in on Thursday.
