I agree... The movie would be ok without him, but was great with him. He just fits that character so well! Kinda like Barney Fife!

Dilley, I have never made pizza on the grill. I hear alot about it though. It's on my list.

Here's some pizzas done in the smoker. They come out great with that wood fired oven taste.

These are very simple cause all I did was cook them.

I bought the pizzas premade from Sams Club. They are the ones that Sams makes and sells. They run about 7.99 for a large pizza. I added a little extra cheese and put them in the smoker at 300 for about 25 minutes. To get a better wood flavor throw the wood chunks in before you put the pizzas in so they start burning a bit ahead of time. Your cook time may vary a bit, you just have to keep an eye on them.

Hey Dats...kindly bees keeping your eyes peeled for me an RV lot up there in Colorado. Need water and elec hookups sewer..nearby trout stream mountains etc. Good beer joints and liquor store close. No skerry roads going to and fro. The warden dont like it when she look off the edge and it a long way to the ground. Figger to summer up there if we ever get a chance to retire. Thanks.

Keeping contractors on the job site, akin to herding cats. Point is, no planned cooks for me but for those who do... POST THOSE PICS :D

Well could swing either way on the rent vs buy deal but leaning more towards the buy aspect..lessen that aint a good plan etc. Course it would have to be affordable. I is a poor underpaid pubic servant ya know? Also we need to be in a locale where they dont hate Texicans so bad.

Well the house (cabin) two doors down from me is called the Texorado. Owned by a couple of families from Texas. They come up mostly in the summer, to get escape the heat I guess.

I'll keep my eyes open.

Sounds like my kinda atmosphere. See whut it would take to cut me off about 50 x 50. Do it meet the other criteria? We tend to like the South part Durango...Pagosa...Bayfield etc. Way I got it figgered it be easier to beat feet back to Texas if a person have a problemo with the local Gendarmes if a person is close to the border so to speak. Cachurris and Raton pass is the only ones which dont skeer the warden too bad.
