There's only 2 ever made and we got one of them. They say it can cook up to 34 briskets at once. We are gonna find out.

Nice, :D but how do you reach the damper on top?
Thank You to all the fine folks here for all the tips and advice so I can now smoke a chunk of meat and folks actually eat it.

The ball valve theory was not around when this was built. I have used a Safe and a normal Vault with the slide damper and never had any trouble with airflow.

The graphics are gonna come off and more than likely its gonna get painted red. Its massive, weighs in at 1600 lbs empty. add 34 -10lb briskets and your close to a ton.

Saw that bad boy on Craigslist Houston for quite awhile ... guess it finally found a home.
