I've been following the forum for a while now and have taken in a great deal of info.
I was fortunate enough to have my first cookoff success this weekend with a 1st place brisket, 1st place ribs, and 3rd place chicken!
Only a field of 20 teams but the first comp I've done with less than 150 teams.
I just wanted to say thanks to everyone on here for sharing your experience and wisdom with the rest of us, it really does help.
I've always had fun doing comps but man a walk makes it that much sweeter!
Thanks again
Thanks
