Me and Big Ed are doing the Central Steak Cookoff that weekend, followed by the West Cookoff the following weekend, then maybe the Cops4kids after that one. Good luck to you Sir, supposed to be real nice this weekend.

Cooked it last year. It was well ran and we enjoyed it. Cooking the CT Steak Cookoff this weekend. Good luck!

Loadin up the trailer in the morning and headin to Kaufman Friday morning. This is always a great cookoff and well run. Electric available too!
