Here are a couple of pecan smoked polish and brats with some homemade spaetzle and some of purpahurl's sauerkraut. This was tip-top.

well, I don't like to crow, but here is tonight's also with that same sauerkraut and spaetzle. This is jaeger schnitzel. The jaeger sauce is a creamed cognac sauce with mushrooms and it was about as good as I can make it.

Looks just as fine plated up as it does coming out of the smoker.. Awesome work brother!
