These came off not long ago. Jalapeno creole sausage. They're blooming up right now, but I cheated and sliced up a little piece and there's nothing like sausage right out of the smoker.

They all looking good. I do the same thing soon as there done. First one comes off with a slice of bread, just to hold the sausage. Nice. CF :D
