Man, here comes the bologna and other deli meats. I can't wait. By the way, if anyone knows a a meat saw, I'm looking for one of those too.

Nice where did you find it?
Thank You to all the fine folks here for all the tips and advice so I can now smoke a chunk of meat and folks actually eat it.

Craigslist. It was priced fair and it's in good condition. It's a little more than I need capacity-wise, but it'll do me for a long time.

Trust me, anything smaller than a 12" blade, you wouldn't be satisfied. I bought a 10, and was never happy with it. It was new, and worked properly, but for what I do and seen what you do. You need a 12 or better.

yeah, it's a 12" and I was worried about the same thing. You see the ones they have in local sporting goods stores and they're all 9's or even 6's. If you're going to get something, you might as well just get what you'll need down the road.
