whose going to huntsville to cook? Ill be there..Im just not sure if ill cook or judge it yet...Depends on the ususal things...but either way ill be there.

Ok it looks like ill be judging in Huntsville and I got an eyeball on cooking at Cedar fest Outside of Austin in April.AND if I can swing it we are seriously considering coming back to Bedford this year for the blues fest..So WE WILL be bringing the Brownies...HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA..Don ur in charge of the Whiskey..

Ok ive confirmed I will be Judging in Huntsville for sure..this is gunna be awesome!!!!! if anyone sees a guy with hair longer than anyone else that probably me..if u don't believe me ask Cowboy Don...LOL...im excited to be around the que scene again. nothing like the smell of pits cranking out good tasting que..I hope to see yall out there..

Chris I thought I had some more photos of you from Bedford, but yeah I will confirm if BBQ ever takes on the bad boy image of Rock and Roll Chris will definitely be the king..heck his rub and spice carrier is a coffin - But you be be hard pressed to find a nicer guy than Que.

Wow, Cowboy that pic brings back memories. I wish I could remember what we put in that brisket rub at about 3AM. At that point I couldn't feel my lips much less remember anything.
