Let the smoke roll

Postby limey » Wed Jan 01, 2014 10:59 pm

Finally had time to season up the R&O pit I received from Big Ed for Christmas. Sprayed down with a couple of cans of PAM and used some hickory to fire it up.

Pit cooked mighty fine, can't wait to throw some ribs and brisket on it. Had several people stop and ask, What smells so good ? Just seasoning it up.
Bad part is my wife says the garage smells like BBQ now, I said thats a good thing, she quips not when I get my new car in there. :violent:
