I know there are a few sausage makers here I was looking for a few different sausage recipes and struck GOLD book mark & save awesome reference all in PDF

Thanks! The only thing I couldn't find was where "cure #1, Cure #2," etc were located

If you're wondering why there is no "type 1 or 2 cures", the link takes you to the fresh sausage section first. You have to scroll drown a ways to get to the cooked sausage section.
