Cold morning fresh ham

17deg when started Lang 60 for fresh ham and turkey smoked at 325 put on at 5:30 pulled around 11:30 ham weight 15.5# glazed with apricot glaze

Never too cold to BBQ! My vault don't care what temp it is. Looks awesome man! I tore up some ham today like nobody's business, doin it all over tomorrow

Edit: That ham from a pig you slaughtered? Wild, "homegrown"? Raise one yourself? That doesn't look store bought to me :o

txdragon ham came from krogers meat manager at store in CIRCLEVILLE , OHIO jumped trough hoops for me to get a fresh ham SCOTTIE runs the best meat counter in central ohio I`am going to realy going to be bumed out when mr. krogers finally figures out what they halve

Wow, that's awesome! You can generally order what you want from our local chain here as well. May run across a manager that wants to be a jerk and say you need to order 2 or more cases of whatever, most times you get a guy that'll order a case just so you can have 1. A fresh steamship isn't a normal store find, kinda why I asked lol. Great score!

I was looking to do that for Christmas...wife looked at the ingredients and wanted to omit something...can't remember what..

JERODPB yes and no didn`t halve some ing. but it still came out real nice
