Chili Tonight - SB Competition Style getting close

Postby Gator » Mon Nov 11, 2013 10:21 pm

Been working a new recipe, Competition - 2 Dump Style - added some red jalapeno heat! Tonight's came out pretty gud. Almost there. Simple recipe with meat, tomato sauce, water, beef stock and chili seasonings. Everybody munched down on Frito chili pie with fresh cut onions and longhorn cheese!

You got the right red to do that. I must say I am a fan of the red gunpowder.
