Attended Rednecks class on Saturday, then attempted some ribs with the new info that I had and, needless to say, to my family, I am now a rib making rockstar. These were freakin good ribs. My kids went after these things like they hadn't eaten in days. Money well spent on the class

Those look good bro. I was the same way when I went to Ritters BBQ class and made his ribs. Those are some fine looking ribs you made.
