First competition style ribs

Attended Rednecks class on Saturday, then attempted some ribs with the new info that I had and, needless to say, to my family, I am now a rib making rockstar. These were freakin good ribs. My kids went after these things like they hadn't eaten in days. Money well spent on the class :chef:

Those look good bro. I was the same way when I went to Ritters BBQ class and made his ribs. Those are some fine looking ribs you made.

Just remember for tx comps, there ain't no such thing as too tender if ya can keep it on the bone.
