So we qualified for the invite here, but are not exactly sure of the set up. I see that you turn in "something" at 2:00 and ribs at 3:00.
What is that something and is that the only category for the invitational??????

The Invitational rotates every third year between Turkey Breast, Pork butt, and Pork loin....I think this yr is Pork loin?......dont know why we cant ever cook Squirrel?.. ...Traders is a 2 day cook....saturday and sunday....on Asphalt with NO hook ups...

Texas heat and asphalt! Good luck bro! We did the watermelon festival 2 years ago in Hempstead, asphalt and Texas heat, no hook ups, never again! That chits for the birds!
