Postby PITPIG4151 » Mon Aug 19, 2013 10:03 am

Hey, PITPIG4151 here. Im about seven years into cooking and just at the point of getting alright. I enjoy cooking and love trying to master the Q. Im no pitmaster by any means and wouldnt dare suggest otherwise. I am hower willing to learn anything and share what I can. I enjoy cooking Tri Tip and Ribs. My specialty is chicken for some reason. :flamer:

I am apart of a cook off team here in Central Texas. We will have our first cook off in September and Im looking forward to this experience. Guys I have no idea what in the :angryfire: I am doing. :dont:

I for sure need some guidence on here, if not then resources others might know about to help me. Im looking forward to meeting you guys and learning as much as I can. Be safe and take care. :flamer: Flame on!
