I want to personally thank every one that attended my cooking class on Saturday. :salut: ...we had a great group of cooks and a great time cooking, eating and discussing all things comp BBQ.......I also want to thank Dan Arnold :cheers: ..the owner of this forum and Sucklebusters for supporting BBQ and sponsoring Team Redneck......with out him most of us would have never met and had a place to share our passion for cooking.....Thanks again everyone....

Thanks Gator for the bottle of sauce everyone in the class received. I've heard good things about it. I'm grilling some chops tonight, I just might open that bottle tonight :mrgreen:

We had a good time. Those beef ribs were the bomb. Stopped and picked up some of those short ribs on the way out.
