I received the first of my winnings today in a box from the Chile Farmer. My thanks to Bill and kudos to his packaging too, the post office tried their best to break something but failed due to good packaging. This stuff is almost too pretty to open and eat but I'll get over that.
I got a message from Mel as well I need to get back to him.

But Wait....
Then Fed Ex brought me a box from Spicewine Ironworks just chock full of goodies. Wow Thanks Spice! Haven't tried any of it yet but I love the label on the hot sauce, Fire Good .

But wait there's more
I need to say a word or two here about the rest of our sponsors.
D-Dog sent me the Smoly Trinity his award winning trio of rubs. Talk about some unique and good stuff! These are distinctly different from each other and the competition and they are tasty. The apple stands out because as soon as you open it the apple scent grabs you. All three I believe would be best on pork and I'll bet the original is also a stand out on poultry as well. Ya just gotta try em.

Big Dawg came through with a a pair of sauces and a pair of rubs. The sauces have the official stamp of approval from Big Dawg hisself on top of each and every drooling slobbering bottle. The packaging alone here is good enough to make these gift material and the great contents are the bonus. Speaking of packaging the rubs got the neat going too with stacking bottles. Check it out!

The original is good on beef, too. So far I've used it on burgers and a couple of steaks with good rest.
As for the apple, it's great for chicken. I grilled some chix breasts, cut them into strips, and served as finger food.

That reminds me, time to get some more Slobber Sauce. Can't make a sandwich without it.
