New Lone Star Smoker

Postby smokenpixels » Fri Aug 09, 2013 6:34 pm

Back in July I brought home a new 24" x 36" offset smoker from Lone Star Grillz down in Conroe. She doesn't have a permanent home in the backyard yet, but the summer has been pretty busy.

So then, straight to the details:

24" x 36" pipe
2 slide out racks in the cooking chamber
Brass ball valve on the drain pipe
24" x 24" x 20" fire box w/ log starter
Fire box features an adjustable top rack for grilling
5" adjustable smoke stack
Tool storage rack
Custom Name Plate

Sure looks like it will get the job done. Awaiting some meat photos, seeing that you got the fire started. Nice looking pit. CF :D
OK, get over it, you lost. God bless America
