I had the great opportunity to meet a fellow forum member (after like 4 yrs of talking to him on here) one Big Ed..... What a heck of a good guy and apparently one heck of a good cook !!!!

Now, I'm gonna put this charcoal in a nice Geometrical shape, called a PILE......
