So is any one up for a Throw Down? Memorial day is on the 27th this year. Submission window for pics from 00:01 28 May 2013 through 23:59 29 May 2013. Polls up around noon on the 30th. Winner announced on the 31st after the poll closes.

Platinum Chef style - your choice of meat (poulty smilie?) on the plate with or without sides.

Secret Phrase to be released on or about the 21st.
