What type of meat is it made from?

I believe mostly pork and veal. it is mostly meat, i really enjoy the first bite and grease not going everywhere. i think marjoram and garlic is what really gets my taste buds going. also they have sausage laws over here and its always made same day as cooked. i leave saturday for my return to texas but ill miss this.

Mmmm...German sausage. That stuff rocks. We went in August and I ate a ton of sausage. Try some Weisswurst if you get a chance.

grif i have tried it and was very pleased with it also. crazy the amount of meats they have here.

Ahhh man!!! I lived in Germany for a couple years in the mid 90's. I miss Rindwurst, and Bratwurst on brochen with a side of pomme frites washing it all down with a tall Hefeweizen. Man, I would love to move back. Thanks for the post.
